We are a small family run business here to help with your property & garden maintenance needs. We perform a  variety of oddjobs, including a wide range of small (and some large) tasks in the Epping Forest, Redbridge & Waltham Forest areas. The family lives in Loughton (formerly South Woodford) & works both weekdays and weekends to help customers repair and improve their homes & gardens. Reliability is key to our service. We don't sub-contract.

Pricing is transparent; whilst quotes are free, the initial call-out (1st hour of the working day) is charged at £60, then £25 p/h thereafter (labour only. Materials are charged at cost). The day rate is capped at £220. This helps customers save money. Alternatively, the family is happy to provide fixed price quotes on request. Quotes are free. A small surcharge applies for non-cash payments to cover costs.

We have over 20 years of experience across painting & decorating, gardening, plastering, rendering & general home repair. No job is too small.
